Lets feed 500 beef cattle at Drummond Farms


Drummond Farms with the morning feeding run with the 500 head of beef cattle getting a ration mix of silage, maize, meal, grain and straw with some water added in as well.


Loading the feeder is the JCB TM320s and the Keenan Mechfiber 350 is driven with the 7614 Massey Ferguson

Lets follow first cut silage @ Bellemont Farms



Caught up with Bellemont Farms as first cut silage is in the bag and getting 2nd cut growing again.


Milking 350 cows across 6 Lely Robots and a further 50 being milked in the old parlour.


First Cut Silage part 1 was approx. 370 acres going into the first silage with with McConaghy Contract providing the kit

Case Puma 260 CVX | Vaderstad Spirit 600s

Case IH Puma 260 CVX was out on demo with winter sowing going on down at James Wray Farms. Power Harrowed the previous day Johnny soon put her through her paces. Working with the Vaderstad Spirit 600s she was working hard.
